Please note you must use the Helpdesk when submitting it as no other form will be accepted.
Must be within 45 days of hosting date creation, no exceptions made unless management accepts.
Refunds are not provided to accounts with any complaints against them or TOS violations.
All domain name registrations and renewals are FINAL. This is due to the fact that it is agreed upon by you to us that we register the domain on your behalf.
If you have accidentally provided a misspelled domain, then please advise before we have completed the domain registration as we won't be held responsible for your confirmation of the misspelled domain.
